The European Space Agency’ organised the Living Planet Symposium 2022 with the support of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). The event, which is held every three years, took place on 23–27 May 2022 in Bonn, Germany. This symposium focused on how Earth observation contributes to science and society, and how disruptive technologies and actors are changing the traditional Earth observation landscape, which is also creating new opportunities for public and private sector interactions.
Aqualedger participated in the event at session C3.01 ‘Powering the data revolution for transformational change in the supply chain management’, with a presentation entitled as ‘Enhancing traceability and tracking in Aquaculture and fisheries supply chain through the use of blockchain and earth observation’.
